Hillside Springs Farm is a small, independent farm in Middletown Springs, Vermont, committed to raising the healthiest pasture-raised meat possible.
After years of selling raw milk and veal, we’ve shifted our focus to producing premium-quality meat from cattle, pigs, and chickens. Our animals are raised entirely on pasture—grazing, foraging, and moving freely in a way that supports their health and well-being. We don’t cut corners. No feedlots. No confinement. Just thoughtful, regenerative practices that put animals and nutrition first.
